Bliss Ball - A Fundraiser for SickKids Hospital
Bliss Ball, a Canadian gala unlike any other. Broke away from the expected gala regime to offer a never-before-experienced evening of visual mastery, heart-warming performances, delectable food and drink, and remarkable visual spectacle - all enjoyed beneath a first-of-its-kind Innovation Dome.
A luxe tented environment erected amongst the unique terrain of historic Fort York, the Innovation Dome featured awe-inspiring interactive ceiling projections that transformed the space into a lush enclave tucked within the downtown core.

The Dilawri Foundation has committed a $7 million donation to the SickKids Centre for Research and Learning and the Patient Amenities Fund. The donation marks the tenth anniversary of the Dilawri Foundation's commitment to philanthropy across Canada.
Five million dollars of the donation will be recognized with the naming of the Patients, Populations & Policy Neighbourhood at the Centre, to be opened in summer 2013. In this new facility, researchers will seek to improve the health and quality of life for children and their families. This donation will allow SickKids to break new ground in the treatment of conditions like asthma, obesity, eating disorders and Type 1 diabetes.
